Initial Inquiry
Contact us through our website, phone, or email to tell us about your property and what you would like to improve.
Consultation
For most projects we schedule a visit to evaluate the property and discuss ideas such as plant selection, irrigation considerations, lighting options, and overall landscape goals.
Proposal
After reviewing the property we prepare a written proposal outlining the scope of work and estimated project cost. Estimates typically remain valid for 30 days.
Scheduling
Once the proposal is approved, a deposit secures your place on our schedule and allows us to begin ordering plants and materials.
Installation
Our team completes the installation according to the approved scope of work. Depending on the project this may include planting, sod installation, irrigation adjustments, lighting installation, and final cleanup.
Final Walkthrough
Clients are encouraged to schedule a walkthrough within 48 hours of project completion to review the work and address any final questions.
Ongoing Care
We are happy to discuss ongoing maintenance or seasonal improvements to keep your landscape looking its best.
